of our clients - and are committed to taking the steps
necessary to safeguard the information entrusted to
us. Procedures are in place that is designed to prevent

We collect, retain, and use information about you
only where we reasonably believe that it will help
to complete the application process, to provide individually
tailored services, and to provide other opportunities
to you. We use information to administer business
transactions, to provide you with status updates,

or improve our services, and to understand your needs
so that we can provide you with superior service.
We do not collect any personal data
without your consent, and we only share the personally
identifiable financial information you provide us
with our ACH processor. Information collection starts
at the point of the application process. By initiating
the application process, you consent to our collection
and use of this information.
After your application is processed,
we will periodically send you e-mail updates about
finalizing the Online Checks and/or EFT-ACH or Check
21 software licensing, normal business correspondence
and new product and service updates. We may also request
your participation in a customer satisfaction survey.
Our customers generally find this very helpful. If
you choose to receive updates, but change your mind
at a later date, you can opt out at any time by sending
e-mail with your company name, address and e-mail
address to salesmanager@inovium.com.
If you access our services through one
of our business partners' (affiliate) web sites, we
may share contact information such as your name and
e-mail address with that business partner. In that
case, please check the partner's privacy policy to
see how they may use your contact information.
To ensure the accuracy, timeliness,
and thoroughness of information, we use only reputable
sources of data to cross-reference against application
information. Information that you submit during the
application process is not subject to modification.
3. Limiting Employee Access of Information
To protect the confidentiality and privacy of credit
information about individuals and small businesses,
we limit employee access to your files. We are committed
to ensuring that individuals with access to consumer
information do not utilize the data for unauthorized
purposes. To ensure that each employee understands
their responsibility, employees sign a written confidentiality
agreement before they are granted access to your data.
We are also committed to taking strong enforcement
actions if necessary.

data stored on our secure servers.
5. Restrictions on the Disclosure of
Account Information
State and federal agencies require us to provide certain
information regarding the number of financing applications
submitted to us. This information, when disclosed,
is in aggregate form and does not contain any of your
personally identifiable information. State and federal
examiners may periodically audit consumer files. These
audits ensure that we are complying with the regulations
in place to protect consumers.

Information regarding our customers is used solely

and services, to design products, and to provide special
