RapiDeposit Features

The Inovium RapiDeposit system consists of a Check 21 image scanner (various models available from manual feed up to 100CPM), application management software, and optional (CAR/LAR) handwriting reading software and optional payment stub scanning for a robust, turnkey solution for all your remote deposit needs.

The RapiDeposit application also contains three key enhancements that set it apart from all other Check 21 solutions currently in the marketplace:

Payment Scheduler allows the using organization to deploy electronic funds transfer (EFT), thereby introducing the concept of full electronic payments to the user. It also works with credit card payments where a merchant card system is selected.

Manual Entry creates a virtual terminal for the user, allowing him/her to enter check information into the system in cases where the scanner is unable to read a particular check, or to allow payments over the telephone.

Our payment stub reading/recording function gives the user the ability to scan a payment stub, instantly matching the payer’s account number and amount due with the payment received. This feature allows for simultaneous reconciliation of the payer’s account.
